7 Activities To Do With Your Dog This Summer

The weather is getting warmer and our days are getting longer, which means more time for Fido-friendly activities outside. To help you switch it up, we came up with seven fun things you can do with your pups this summer. That’s a new activity for every day of the week!

Drum roll please….

  1. Head to the beach

It’s the perfect place to play with your pals in the sun, but let them cool off in the water!

  1. Hike the trails

Exercise is not only good for the two-legged. It’s also good for the three and four-legged. Get your pals out on the trails with you!

  1. Play in the sprinklers

If you’re not close to a body of water but want to give your dog a quick, fun way to cool down from the summer heat, turn on the sprinklers and let them have at it.

  1. Sit by the campfire

Sit back and relax after a day of fun. Cuddle up with your pal and enjoy the outdoors, campfire style. Make sure to keep an eye on them and not to let them get too close.

  1. Check out your local farmers market

Nothing says “we’re best friends” like going everywhere together. So, why not take Fido to the farmers market and enjoy the fresh smells with your number one pal?

  1. Play that good ‘ol fetch game

Go back to your roots this summer. Find a big grassy area and throw your pal’s favorite fetch toy for some good ‘ol summer fun!

  1. Evening stroll to beat the heat

As much as we all enjoy the sunshine, it’s also nice to take a stroll in the evening, when the weather and the cement have cooled to a truly enjoyable temperature. Your pal will surely appreciate it.

We love to see you and your PALs out enjoying the summer sunshine. Share your photos with us on Facebook!
